Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 ‐ Scoping Session This task will involve a scoping meeting with the project team to discuss the Project scope, schedule and the intended outcomes. At that time, the County and project team will share all existing information regarding the Project, including but not limited to the BRC application, EDA application, site plans/subdivision plat, Phase I Environmental Assessment, etc. A tour of the proposed Project site can be included in this task if requested. Task 2 – Equipment Scoping Equipment for the Project has been scoped by project team and a list has been developed. Cut sheets and full information for each piece of equipment will be provided to the Consultant. Consultant shall work with the team to fully understand the intended process flow and utilization of the identified equipment. A full preliminary layout of the proposed equipment will be provided by the Consultant in the Task 5 Schematic Design Development phase, and a final layout in the Task 7 Design Development phase. The equipment list is attached to this RFP. Consultant will not be required to spec or procure equipment but must be involved in coordinating the selection with the project team to ensure specified equipment works in the building design. Task 3 – Site Survey Consultant to provide a site survey to include property boundary, topography, location of existing utilities and features, easements, and other items necessary to fully describe the property. The Fort Union Industrial Park Subdivision was designed by PCA Engineering of Gillette. Task 4 – Geotechnical Report Consultant shall provide a full geotechnical report for the Project and shall oversee the subsurface investigation. Investigation to include recommendations for the following as a minimum: Soil chemistry/concrete protection Earthwork recommendations Soil compaction Foundation recommendations, including deep foundations if applicable Concrete slab construction
