Synopsis: This sources sought, in accordance with FAR Part 10, is to conduct Market Research on Industry Capabilities in providing various fuel types for the Department of Interior, National Park Service, at Yellowstone National Park.
Scope: The contractor shall supply and deliver the following fuels at multiple locations throughout the park:
Diesel #1
Diesel #2
Fuel Red Dye Heating Oil
Unleaded #7 Octane
NAICS Code - The proposed NAICS Code for this action is 324110 Petroleum Refineries with a size standard of 1,500 employees.

The Government reserves the right to consider a small business, 8(a), or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate based on the responses for this notice.
The Government anticipates awarding a minimum of one (1) firm-fixed price contract.
The total contract period: June 1, 2022 to May 31, 2023
The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition (the size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.-see 13 CFR 121.108.) Misrepresentation of size status can result in penalties. Please refer to the current SBA rules regarding HUBZone firms, effective October 1, 2011.
Analysis of the quantity and quality of responses to this sources sought announcement will be considered in the market research being conducted, and in the making of any small business set-aside determination for this requirement
