Specifications include, but are not limited to: 445 East Kelly Avenue Owner's Representative. In June 2020, Teton County purchased 445 E. Kelly Avenue (“Brown Property”). This 1.08-acre property currently consists of two lots and is zoned Neighborhood Low Density 5. Teton County is partnering with Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Teton Area to develop the site into 18 Affordable Ownership townhomes. As part of this partnership, Teton County has agreed to prepare the site for vertical construction. This work includes subdividing the property into six lots, removing or relocating existing structures on site, rerouting the Cache Creek Ditch to Mike Yokel Park, grading the site, tree removal, and stubbing utilities to the building envelopes. The primary role of the Owner’s Representative is to provide advice to the Owner (County) and coordinate development of the site, representing the best interests of the Owner.
