Specifications include, but are not limited to: Asphalt overlay and other miscellaneous work on City streets. H-32 DUST CONTROL The Contractor shall be responsible at all times to keep the project location and the area adjacent to the project free of loose, blowing dust or any other material that may be disturbed or brought in by the Contractor while completing the project. H-33 MANHOLE/VALVE/MISCELLANEOUS GRADE RINGS The Contractor shall furnish and install all manhole, valve, miscellaneous etc. grade rings and bring all covers to grade. This item shall be subsidiary to the individual streets that will be overlaid/reconstructed in bid schedule. The Waste Water Reclamation Department shall not supply any materials to the Contractor. H-34 PATCHING Patching on various streets or areas, as directed by the Engineer, shall include but not limited to; all necessary equipment, materials, hauling, loading, removal of existing material; etc., placement of six (6) inches of road base and three (3) inches of asphalt. Any excavation base material over six (6) inches shall be considered force account as described in Section H: General Provision.
