Also to include all required construction and expansion joints. Item #3 Price per each A.D.A. ramp inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up. Also to include all required construction / expansion joints and placing of City provided ADA tiles. Item #4 Price per square foot of 6” thick valley gutter inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up. Valley gutter to include all required construction / expansion joints and wire mesh. (Typical Valley Gutter - Forty (40) feet by Eight (8) feet). Item #5 Price per lineal foot for single sided 4” thick sidewalks formed along curb inclusive of forming, typical grading, placing, finishing and clean up.
