Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified firm to provide system software to monitor and manage traffic signals for the City of Cheyenne, including software maintenance. City of Cheyenne has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive proposals for the provision of Advanced Traffic Management System (ATMS) Software. The ATMS Software shall centrally monitor and operate traffic signals within the City. The City currently utilizes Intelight 2070 traffic controllers and Intelight X3L NEMA controllers for the ATMS Network. The ATMS Software shall be seamlessly and fully compatible with the traffic controllers or provide with no additional conversion hardware or software required to accomplish compatibility.
