Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide and install approximately 2100 feet of eight-foot-tall ornamental iron fence with security curve top along the property line bordering the Union Pacific and City property. All existing chain-link, ornamental fencing, and all other debris related to demolition, to be removed and disposed of by the contractor. b. Fence shall be installed so that the security fence curves inward towards the Depot15th Street/away from Union Pacific property. c. Install four (4) gates. Gates should be easy to open by hand without mechanical/electrical operators. Gate #1: 48” Swing gate Gate #2: 48” Swing Gate Gate #3: 10’ Drive Gate Gate #4: 48” Swing Gate d. All fence panels, gates, brackets and components required for installation shall be provided as complete unit by a single source/manufacturer. e. Contractor must have all underground utilities marked before construction of the fence can begin.
