Specifications include, but are not limited to: snow plowing and removal services during emergency winter conditions. Assign a snow removal manager who is available on-call twenty-fourhours per day, seven (7) days per week, from November 1 to March 31, of each year during the term of this Contract or any extension or renewal thereof. Provide written field reports on conditions at schools. Provide: Plowing of school parking lots; Removal of snow from school parking lots; Disposal of snow. Equipment necessary: Bob cats with Plows; End loaders with Plows; Dump Trucks, SUV's (or equivalent) with Plows. Shovel snow to clear lanes from areas not accessible by thelarger equipment stated above. A snow emergency thesuccessful Bidder shall provide to the Chief Property Officer, or his/her designee, a method ofdedicated communication, such as, but not necessarily limited to, two-way radios, which must beacceptable to the Chief Property Officer
