Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. DATA COLLECTION PHASE: a) Washington County will supply paper copies of all dossier sheets for the Village of Richfield in separate three-ring binders, to the awarded firm of this request. Monument numbers are shown on the Monument Condition Map. Dossiers completed as part of phase I will also be provided in a hard copy. Historic tie sheets of record can also be provided as reference for the monuments requiring additional tie points. Historic dossier sheets will not be provided for monuments requiring only vertical control work. Control summary diagrams and any pertinent benchmark information will also be provided. b) A Monument Condition Inventory Map has been provided that denotes the monuments that need work and is included with this RFB. Should there be a discrepancy between the map and the numbers listed under 2 and 3 below, the numbers under 2 and 3 below shall control. c) Electronic Orthophotos and cadastral data can be supplied by Washington County for planning purposes, the vertical control loop maps, and intermediate benchmark maps. d) Should the condition of the monument not match the condition report, or an issue with the monument exists, the awarded firm must contact the County Surveyor to inform him of the discrepancy.
