Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Management – The awarding firm will provide a project manager that will work with the Outagamie County project manager to ensure project tasks and deliverables are met. Technical Assistance – Assist the County in all aspects of performing the technical upgrade, including, but not limited to the following: application and tools software installation, license upgrade or installation, environment management, object management, data migration, retrofit of custom objects for interfaces and reports. Review of full package build procedures and deployment, review of environment refresh procedures, review of how to cleanup SQL packages, review of changing JDE user passwords, review of restoring an application version, and review of proper reboot procedures. Custom objects and Interfaces – Assist or perform any object or interface changes necessary for the upgrade.
