Specifications include, but are not limited to: Identify and retain a firm to provide Student Health and Security, Study Abroad, and Other Student Benefits and related risk management services with an emphasis on being a resource of knowledge and expertise. 4.1.1 Contractor shall be licensed by the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance to do business in the State. Contractor shall provide their National Producer Number. 4.1.2 Contractor shall have $5M of Errors and Omissions (E&O) limit of liability. 4.1.3 Contractor shall arrange special or unique coverages related to Student Health and Security, Study Abroad, and Other Student Benefits and related risk management services with an emphasis on being a resource of knowledge and expertise. 4.1.4 Contractor shall attend in-person meetings within twenty-four (24) hours of notice. 4.1.5 Contractor shall commit that the named principal and other key personnel fully responsible for the account shall not be removed from the account without prior approval of the State. Contractor shall also commit that the replacement, if the State agrees to the replacement, shall meet the State’s approval. Such approval shall not be withheld arbitrarily.
