Specifications include, but are not limited to: crack sealing and infrared heat patching of asphaltic 28 pavements for various roadway and parking facilities statewide for a two-year period 29 (through December 31, 2022). 30 31 Base bids will be received as follows: Unit Prices for each of the five (5) geographic 32 regions located statewide. Please see regional map on page GRsp-10. Award of contracts 33 for any of the five (5) regions will be made to the lowest combined total price of unit price 34 base bids for crack sealing and infrared heat patches for each respective area. Total Base 35 Bids for Areas 1 through 5 will be for 1,000 lineal feet of routed crack cleaning and filling 36 at the per foot unit price, and for 20 full heats of infrared thermal bond seamless asphalt 37 patches at the per heat unit price. This quantity and bid amount is only for the basis of 38 award and does not represent the quantity or value of work in any given area.
