Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor and County recognize that the Park is a public park and that public use of the Premises is mutually desirable. Vendor shall provide for use of the Premises, including the Pavilion, by non-customers of Vendor. The Premises and its surroundings shall remain open and available to the public on a daily basis. It is understood that the general public is not permitted to carry in personal alcoholic beverages as stated in County Ordinance 10.07(7).-Kenosha County agrees to not rent the pavilion or areas defined as the Premises to the general public.-The Vendor shall not close the Premises for private events that prevents the general public from utilizing their services during regular business hours.-Vendor may not lease or rent the premises to any third party or rent the pavilion to other parties.
