Specifications include, but are not limited to: Transportation Services provides innovative transportation solutions that serve and support the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This includes maintaining operations for approximately 13,000 parking spaces on campus. The University supports automated parking lot access for most ramps and garages on campus. There are currently two ramps on campus (both serving the University hospital) that have Skidata gate and ticket dispensing equipment (lot 63 & 75). For these lots the University will have an ongoing need for Skidata spitter tickets. There are currently 15 other ramps and garages using T2 gate systems. All tickets in this bid will require product that meets one of the specifications in Section 6, also with preprinted lot identifier and University information. Currently all 17 ramps will require unique printing identification for art work and/or text and some will require various color ticket stock. The current spend for spitter tickets is estimated at approximately $32,000 per year. Annual quantity of tickets is projected to be about 2,000,000 tickets. About 50% of tickets ordered will be Skidata compliant and about 50% will be T2 compliant. Annual spend and the estimated item quantities stated above and on the Itemized Bid List are for bid purposes only. The University does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount.
