Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provider will identify approximately 30 agencies in Brown County that touch the lives of high-risk families and will strategize with said agencies to assist both the workers and clients directly in obtaining and learning more about community resources, with the goal being to decrease the possibility of substance abuse affecting those clients. Provider will engage in scheduling community presentations (at least 8 per month) to increase community awareness regarding the scope of the AODA problem in our community, and the effects this problem has on individuals, families and community (approximately 10-30 hours per week). Examples of other acceptable activities include developing or conducting: • Clearinghouse/information resources centers • Resource directories • Media campaigns • Brochures • Radio and TV public service announcements • Speaking engagements • Health fairs and other health promotion, e.g., conferences, meetings, seminars • Information lines/hot lines
