Portage County is seeking proposals for replacement of the current multi-jurisdictional public safety software system (s) utilized by Portage County, The City of Stevens Point, The Village of Plover, and The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, hereinafter referred to as “Requesting Agencies”. The replacement system will include, at a minimum, a Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD), a Records Management System (RMS), a Field Based Mobile Reporting System (FBR), a Jail Management System (JMS), and a Mobile Data Computer System (MDC). The successful vendor will provide a system whereas all base components are supplied by a single vendor, integrated with minimal utilization of third-party interfaces to meet Portage County’s requirements.
