Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will furnish lidded dumpster containers at the locations on University campus as specified in APPENDIX B – REFUSE MATERIAL REMOVAL SERVICES (BID FORM). The containers must be placed, maintained and be new or used-reconditioned at locations as directed by UW-Superior Facilities Management. Containers must be clearly labeled to reflect trash. SCHEDULE A – REFUSE CONTAINERS AND LOCATIONS represents the initially required service pick-up schedules and equipment to be provided by the contractor, and that provided by the University, if any. However, it is intended that at regular intervals the amount, type and size of required equipment shall be examined by the University and the contractor with the objective of providing the best possible and cost effective service. Changes in the initial equipment and required pick-ups list shall be determined by the University and mutually agreed by the contractor and recorded in writing by the University with copy to the contractor.
