Specifications include, but are not limited to: expertise and experience in the Tax Credit Program, to provide tax credit compliance services for HACM properties converted to a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). This RFP will begin with Merrill Park's 120 unit conversion from a traditional Public Housing Development to a partnership LLC with an investment entity. The development site must have received an allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and/or being converted to an LLC.
