Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The portable electronic device charging units shall be “hand-held” or “pocket-sized” • The portable electronic device charging units shall be “fast-charge” capable • The portable electronic device charging units shall support both Apple and Android electronic device charging via ‘Lightning’ and ‘USB-C’ connectivity • The portable electronic device charging units shall be accessed/unlocked via a web-based portal or mobile phone application (“app”). The web-based portal or mobile device application shall be free for users to access/download. • The charging or docking stations shall be fixed, either to the floor or wall • The charging or docking stations shall be decorated in a manner consistent with the environment in which they shall be installed • A separate Administrator web-portal or mobile device application providing sales and use data, by system, shall be made available to up to five (5) UWM Administrators. Sales and use data available to UWM shall be updated no less than daily, and ideally in ‘real time’. • The charging or docking stations, portal electronic device charging units, and web-based portals or mobile device applications shall at minimum be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1974, and preferably ‘Universal Design’ principles and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0), Level AA.
