Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will be responsible for site clear and disposal of all items removed (including but not limited to; sirens, batteries, wiring and telephone poles and accessories). The radios and antennas removed will remain the property of Outagamie County. The location for the Contractor dropping these off will be coordinated with our Emergency Management Department at a location in Appleton. The referenced telephone poles for disposal may be used in-house by Outagamie County. Assume in your bid you are to site clear and dispose of them, we will work with the awarded contractor if we will keep. If we keep, they will be left at the site, after removed, and it will be the County's responsibility to remove them from the site.
