Specifications include, but are not limited to: Major components of the project include: First Floor renovation of existing B occupancies of approximately 5,640 square feet within an existing 3 story building of Type 2B construction. Additional infrastructure work to the existing spaces located on the lower level and the second floor plan. Minimal work is included on the exterior envelope where an existing entry to the building will be relocated along the East elevation. Exterior work will contain a new pedestrian bridge, which will span a vehicle access point to the lower level and will connect the existing East parking lot to a newly relocated exterior staircase that leads to the existing main entry on the first floor. Other improvements will include renovated sidewalks, asphalt repair, exterior lighting, site regrading and additional landscape features and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
