Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Identification of neighborhoods and the GI project types within the target area. 2. Marketing, outreach, and demonstration planning/coordination. 3. Volunteer recruitment and utilization. 4. Use of the District’s FCIT for technical expertise, outreach planning/coordination and public events. 5. Partnering with neighborhood organizations for project planning and execution. 6. Assistance in the demonstration of use, installation, and maintenance of GI strategies. 7. Design and implementation of a community art project that educates the public on the benefits of managing water where it falls (must receive District input in the planning and District approval prior to implementation, so please plan for this early).
