Specifications include, but are not limited to: The platform must support complex multi-asset strategies encompassing investments in global equities, fixed income, cash and derivative products. At a minimum, the platform must support the instruments listed within Exhibit J. PMS2 The platform must provide real-time multi-asset portfolio monitoring capabilities, including risk sensitivities, performance, and exposures. PMS3 The platform must have “look through” capability to decompose the exposures of a single holding. (e.g. Look through the S&P 500 index holding to the underlying constituents) PMS4 The platform must have PnL capabilities for realized and unrealized, by account, strategy, sector, custom classifications, currency, and as a ‘snapshot’ at a specific date or date range. PMS5 The platform contains integrated functionality for order/execution management and pre- and post-trade compliance. PMS6 The platform must have the ability to track cash and positions by location, including custody, prime brokers, FCMs, and other sources. PMS7 The platform must be able to support strategy tagging at multiple levels, including accounts, positions, trade lot, synthetic positions, and other client-defined aggregations. ; The platform has core functionality that supports multiple levels of trade tagging. MOBO4 The platform provides SWIB’s teams near real-time data transparency and data visualizations at multiple levels (including fund, portfolio, tax-lot, and trade-tagged levels). MOBO5 The platform has straight-through-processing and near real-time trade capture of public market equity, fixed income, short-term cash and derivative products. MOBO6 The platform has transparency to near real-time trade affirmation, matching, and fail monitoring. MOBO7 The platform’s portfolio accounting has capabilities to support long and short holdings. Associated accruals, reclaims, and accounting are visible at multiple levels (including fund, portfolio, tax-lot, strategy-tagged, and client-defined levels).
