Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rock County is seeking sealed proposals for an automated Minutes and Agenda Records Management System. The system needs to provide fluid functionality to streamline the agenda preparations and minutes recording processes from creation to publication on the Rock County website. The goal is to produce a final, electronic product that includes the agenda; all referenced documentation such as contracts, ordinances, resolutions, motions, and reports; routing activity such as reviews, revisions, signature submissions and approvals; and final meeting minutes including discussions, amendment activity if any, and voting results. The system should include a searchable archive of all past meetings and minutes including the documents referenced within those meetings. It is envisioned that the system will serve all Rock County departments, boards, commissions, the Rock County Board of Supervisors, and the citizens of Rock County as required by County Ordinance and Wisconsin Open Records law.
