Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide licenses, renewals, maintenance, consultation and support for Kofax Total Agility, VRS, Kofax Insight / Analytics software, and any other related products. Maintenance and support will be statewide during regular work hours with a requirement to provide emergency support service, off‐hours, if needed. There may also be a need to provide service off‐ hours, planned in advance, for implementing license changes in the production environment or implementation of upgrades and migration efforts. Supplier must have a relationship with Kofax that provides supplier with the ability to give the Agency direct contact with Kofax staff (technical support) and management. Supplier must have strong relationship with Kofax, providing supplier with escalated levels of involvement with both Kofax technical support and management. This involvement provides supplier with information about Kofax organizational structure and internal processes, product direction, licensing information and status of issues, along with the ability to escalate when needed
