Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors will supply all networking equipment. Operating equipment is to be stored in the Operations Building. The District is requiring the vendor to supply at minimum 50TB solution between a server and/or NAS solution. A physical NVR is preferred over a cloud-based solution. The VMS software must adhere to open standards and offer tight integrations with cameras from multiple leading manufacturers. The VMS software should provide intelligent search options to allow the end user to quickly and easily find video recordings of interest. The selected integrator shall provide a total turnkey solution to include the labor and materials required for structured cabling, mounting and focusing the cameras, installation of NVR, configuration of cameras onto the VMS, and training. The selected integrator will be experienced in deploying and supporting IT network systems to include deploying switches, configuring VLANs and programming firewalls to allow secure network access. The District will supply the monitors and/or TV’s required to view the cameras as well as the rack to house the NVR server solution. All outdoor cameras should be able to sustain environmental elements and impact resistant. All outdoor cameras should have the following specifications at a minimum: A. Full High Definition (FHD) B. IP66 Rating to protect against dust and environmental elements C. Infrared Illumination for night visibility for outdoor cameras Potential Camera Options: D. Defocus Detection E. View DR (120dB) for areas that have lighting differences F. Image stabilizing to reduce blurring G. Pan, Tilt, Zoom (PTZ) capability H. 4-megapixel resolution I. Tamper detection J. Motion detection
