Activities supported by this funding opportunity must be related to the overall program management of the LSHP in your local jurisdiction to reduce lead or eliminate lead exposures, reduce disparities in housing quality, and improve lead related health outcome for children. The following is a list of examples of tasks Grantees will be expected to perform. This list is not an all-inclusive list. • Outreach to and communicate with referred LSHP clients and landlords (as needed) for program participation and facilitate coordination of services in a professional and respectful manner. • Manage, oversee, and provide LSHP funded services with clients in their local area of service during the grant period of performance. • Work with LSHP EHS to mediate any issues with property owner/occupant(s), certified lead risk assessor, local health department, and other stakeholder(s) involved in the overall success of LSHP. • Develop sufficient and detailed pre-work walk-through measurement appointment, project post-completion worksite check, and post-work walk-through procedures to document any issues that can arise with occupants.
