Specifications include, but are not limited to:. 1 Bidder must be able to document and demonstrate that a minimum of 5 public wheat/barley/oats programs using the offered model as reference to make sure plot combine is successfully used in the US and can fulfill our requirements. 2 The combine must have a cab for two persons and must fulfill the next features, dust filter, fan, security glass, windshield wipers, interior and exterior lights, two spring mounted adjustable seats for driver and passenger, access to the engine through cabin, controls, foot and hand brakes, adjustable steering column, hydraulic steering, front screen protection. 3 Header must have a Pneumatic cleanout system to remove debris. 4 The combine must be equipped with a weighing system and Sub Sampling System, that must fulfill the next requirements - Ability to collect sample and subsample in cabin - Grain which is not used for subsampling must go to grain tank - Must be equipped with Harvestmaster H2 Grain Gage weighing system or superior and provide Mirus Software or similar and Panasonic Toughbook or similar. System must get data from for each plot of weight, moisture and test weight. - Weighing System needs to slide out completely for calibration and ease maintenance For ergonomic use, subsampling system must be close to bagging person, a bagging/subsampling system in the back wall of the cabin is not ergonomic and therefore not preferred 5 The combine should have Measurements and weight that allow the transport in less than 10,000 pounds trailer: length: with header but without row dividers: approx. 16 -17 feet width: 5.5-5.8 feet height: approx. 8.2 feet, less than 9.8 feet. wheelbase between 8 feet and 9 feet weight: maximum of 8,000 pounds including weighing system, cabin and grain tank. This ensure current hauling equipment can be used for transport of plot combine and samples at the same time for remote harvesting sites 6 The combine model must be available in the US for a minimum of 3 more years after the buying to ensure long term parts and service ability; Combine must not be a phase out model. 7 Two (2) Equipment/Operational manuals are included and will be provided to the ordering department
