Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this RFP is to hire a vendor to provide statewide EAP services, working closely with the internal EAO office to maintain healthy workplaces and meet the personal or work-related needs of University employees and their family members. • Promote prevention and early intervention with employee issues to reduce the impact of work/life stressors for University employees and their families. • Provide 24/7 statewide access to all employees for counseling and consultation • Develop a partnership between internal EAO and external EAP that results in seamless service to employees and family members • Provide training and education in support of employees in diverse occupations and employment categories (e.g. faculty, academic staff, and university employees) The vendor will be required to deliver or demonstrate, at minimum, the following: • Assessment, referrals, counseling and follow-up services to employees and their family members and significant others who are experiencing job-related and/or personal problems • Guidance and information to supervisors/management/internal EAP staff working with employees that are experiencing job-related and/or personal problems • On-site conflict resolution • Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) services • Grief counseling services • Health and wellness education • Cultural competency • Training/workshops adaptable to a variety of audiences • Program promotion and marketing through website/app, brochures, webinars • Collaboration with internal EAO staff
