Specifications include, but are not limited to: mobile LiDAR and imagery services as part of an asset management initiative. The City is interested in building a reliable database of assets to migrate into their ESRI based system. The City would like initial LiDAR/imagery collection in 2020 and extraction of priority assets. The intentions of the City are to extract these priority assets in 2020 and use collected LiDAR data to extract additional assets in successive years to build our asset database. The vendor will deploy a mobile LiDAR and Imagery Sensor to collect approximately 200 miles of roadway in Sun Prairie, WI (map and datasets will be made available). The absolute accuracy of collected data will be sub-foot. The City can assist and weave in control where existing orthophotography related control is not sufficient. The vendor will process collected LiDAR and Imagery and extract all critical assets. Optional assets listed in this proposal, should be available for extraction over the next few years as budget and Department buy in evolves.
