Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall provide access through an API to a statewide database of community resources, their locations, and contact information to meet business needs. The vendor's service shall return resources available at a county or city level to assist with child/dependent care, disabilities, domestic violence, employment, food, healthcare (including mental health), housing, legal issues, substance abuse, transportation, utilities, and veterans programs. 3.1.1 The underlying data shall be maintained by the vendor and shall be updated at a minimum, quarterly. 3.1.2 The data from the service shall be integratable with DWD's Job Center of Wisconsin, Comprehensive Employment Planning Toolkit and the Automated System Support for Employment and Training. 3.1.3 The vendor shall provide an API for direct requests from DWD that includes technical documentation for developers, built-in error handling, and notifications upon successful completion of transactions. 3.1.4 The vendor shall identify and define any/all limitations to the data received for archival/warehousing and any/all limitations for the service (e.g. functions not available). 3.1.5 The vendor shall assist DWD-DET with troubleshooting problems with accessing the service or data. 3.1.6 Resources shall be curated in a format agreed upon by both parties. 3.1.7 Resources shall be categorized by the barrier(s) they address (taxonomy). 3.1.8 The list of resources shall accurately reflects most all community resources across the State of Wisconsin. 3.1.9 Curated lists shall provide the contact information for each resource (ex., physical address, phone, email, website) and verify that it is accurately identified at the city level when available, otherwise at the county level. 3.1.10 The Contractor shall be responsible for any future upgrades to the statewide Community Resources Database to maintain compatibility with the DWD’s LAN. 3.1.11 The Contractor shall work with the agency to securely interface with other DWD facilities and computer systems.
