Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must provide on-site customer assistance services at the State’s request which include, but are not limited to, site inspections for a project and Authorized User meetings. Contractor must have full-time sales and service staff able to respond to Authorized User needs and inquiries such as requests for product information, samples, service and repairs. Contractor must have consistent access to the technical resources of the product manufacturer’s mill(s) to resolve issues that cannot be solved by the Contractor’s staff. Contractor must respond to all requests for quotation within three (3) business days and provide written, itemized quotations within five (5) business days from the date of response unless otherwise negotiated with the Authorized User. Contractor must have access to a place of business, such as a warehouse, with the staff and resources to handle product pick-ups, will-call needs and to accept the return of rejected items.
