Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for a Child Welfare Workload Study of caseworkers, supervisors, case aides, and other child welfare staff at local child welfare agencies in Wisconsin. Services will include developing and conducting a time study of child welfare staff, conducting an analysis of statewide data, obtaining feedback from staff relating to child welfare cases and staffing, and generating a report on the following: 1. existing workload and caseload of caseworkers, supervisors, case aides, and other child welfare staff; 2. suggested workload and caseload standards for child welfare staff, including a suggested supervisor to worker ratio; and 3. operational efficiencies that could be implemented to better manage child welfare staff’s workloads.
