Any errors due to faulty measurements taken, information obtained, layout, or failure to report discrepancies will not result in any additional compensation for the Contractor. B. The frequency will be determined by on-site inspection taking into consideration the moisture content, soil conditions and the type of grasses. C. The lawn mowing season will begin on May 1 of each year of this Contract, and end on October 30, or as mutually agreeable due to weather conditions. D. Mowing shall take place on an as-needed basis. There will be only TWENTY (20) cuttings between July 1 of the current calendar year thru June 30 of the next calendar year. More cuttings during this time period will NOT be allowed. E. The grass must be at least FIVE (5) inches in height before cutting and cannot exceed SEVEN (7) inches in height, prior to cutting, for primary areas identified within the attached site plans. Mowers shall be of a type which causes clippings to be distributed evenly over the cut area. If the type of mowers used causes the cut grass to windrow, the windrowed grass shall be removed and hauled away. Windrowed grass caused by mowing heavily dewed grass shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to remove.
