Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Must include 3 separate glove boxes (chambers) – 2 anaerobic systems (no less than 736 and 1614 liters of interior volume, approx. 0.74 and 1.5 sq meters of interior work space, respectively) and 1 O2 control system (hypoxic system). The hypoxic unit must have approx. 738 liters of interior volume. All units must be temperature controlled to 37 degrees. 2 The two anaerobic chambers must be connected by a central airlock with >=39 liters of pass through space. The anaerobic chambers must have a footprint of no greater than approximately 13 feet x 4 feet due to space due to space constraints in the laboratory. 3 Chambers must be constructed of clear flexible PVC. Front of chambers must be constructed of optical quality pressed polished PVC. The chambers must be clear on all four sides to allow complete visibility of contents. 4 The chambers must each be equipped with at least (4) 3.8 cm diameter feed-thrus for electrical wiring/tubing access to the interior chamber. 5 The chambers must be supplied with gloves that are replaceable without affecting the internal atmosphere of the chamber, and must be replaceable in 30 seconds or less to be inclusive of multiple users. 6 Anaerobic systems must be capable of maintaining an atmosphere below 5 ppm O2 using a hydrogen gas mix reacting with a palladium catalyst to remove oxygen. Must include H2 and O2 gas monitors with adjustable audio and visual alarms (O2 must be measured from 0-1999 ppm +/- 20 ppm. H2 must be measured from 1-100% ppm +/- 1.0%.).
