Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. High-Speed Data Acquisition: The scanner must be able to capture a minimum of one hundred thousand points per second for high-resolution data acquisition. 2. Precision: High quality scan data are required. The measurement precision must be ±1mm via on-site compensation. 3. Measuring Range Options: Scanning range of the scanner must be a minimum of 300 meters in order to reduce the number of scans per project. 4. Scanning Capability/Environment: The scanner must be able to perform scans in both outdoor and indoor environments. Also, the scans will be conducted in harsh conditions (e.g. dust and wet weather). 5. Integrated Color Camera/HDR Photo Overlay: The scanner must capture photorealistic 3D color scans. The high-resolution images should be overlaid to the scan data even under extreme brightness gradients.
