1. Partial reconstruction of Wisconsin Avenue from Linden Street to Oak Street, and again from Elm Street to a point roughly 250’ north of the intersection with Cedar Street. Project centerline length is approximately 1,950 linear feet. Partial reconstruction areas include but are not limited to: a. Replacement of existing watermain, hydrants, valves, and services b. Replacement of stormwater inlets and manholes. c. Replacement of existing curb and gutter and associated pavement patching. d. Replacement of existing concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps e. Replacement of existing parking lane: removal of existing pavement and base and placement of base aggregate dense, and HMA pavement. 2. Full reconstruction of Wisconsin Avenue from Oak Street to Elm Street. Centerline length is approximately 450 linear feet. Reconstruction area includes but is not limited to: a. Replacement of existing watermain, hydrants, valves, and services b. Replacement of stormwater inlets, pipes, and manholes. c. Replacement of existing curb and gutter d. Replacement of existing concrete sidewalks and ADA curb ramps e. Replacement of existing roadway: removal of existing pavement and base and placement of base aggregate dense, and HMA pavement. 3. Reconstruction of Wisconsin Avenue roadway lighting system from Industrial Way to a point approximately 500 feet north of Cedar Street, centerline length of approximately 5,100 LF.
