The work for which proposals are asked includes the following: Reconstruction of indeterminate amounts of 4” concrete sidewalk; indeterminate amounts of 6” concrete sidewalk; topsoil, seed and mulch restoration (Approximately 4,500 SF of total concrete sidewalk). Said work shall depend upon abutting property owner non-compliance with the Village Orders to replace structurally deficient sidewalk. Property owners are given twenty (20) days to comply with said order. Should non-compliance occur, the Contract contained herein shall be in full force and effect in each instance. The Contract shall terminate on October 31, 2025 or sooner, at the discretion of the Director of Public Works and may be dependent upon weather conditions. Additional Description: No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 15 days following the date of bid opening, within such time the Contract will be awarded by the Village Board.
