The contractor shall provide a Campus Store retail program utilizing the space provided by the University. This will be an on-site “bricks and mortar” retail store. In addition, a webstore shall be operated by the contractor to provide an on-line presence for the Campus Store. The physical square footage of sales floor space and office/display/inventory storage currently used for by the UWRF “Falcon Shop” (Store) is 2,640 sqft with 131 sqft office space, and 567 sqft storage space. The University runs its own Textbook Rental Program and the contractor may provide academic support materials outside of self-operated Textbook Rental Program. The University may also sell supplies for class projects to students registered in such classes if such items are not available in the campus store and if the contractor is either unable or uninterested in providing such supplies.
