Hardwood to be refinished is 24,377 square feet per bid specifications. Reference Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association (MFMA) hardwood sports floor standards. Work to be included as follows: Onsite verification of existing conditions for submittals (Post Award). Provide colored dimensioned plans of proposed graphics and striping to be painted on floor. Delivery, storage, handling, and disposal of materials. Preparation of gym for work to be done. Protection of gym floor and building surfaces. Spot repairs before applying finish. Sanding. Dust and debris cleanup. Seal Coats. Court stain, lines, and graphics to create: 3 basketball courts to NCAA specifications 3 volleyball courts to NCAA specifications 8 badminton courts 8 pickleball courts Finish coating.
