Specifications include, but are not limited to: Solar powered LED dusk to dawn lighting and real time transit arrival e-paper displays mounted to the interior of up to 70 University of Wisconsin-Style Duogard bus shelters. Solar panels should be flexible and installed to conform to the barrel roofs of the bus shelters. Bidders to include pricing for installation of all components within bid along with installation plan. If bidder is only supplying components than bid must include requirements and plan for UW provided installation. Multiple transit providers serve the bus shelters. GTFS feeds are available for all transit routes. The project is in Madison, Wisconsin where winter weather and low light winter conditions exist. Solar pathfinder data is already available for about 64 of the locations.
