Specifications include, but are not limited to: GENERAL: It is the intent of this Scope of Services to describe the requirements for UNARMED SECURITY SERVICE for RACM at the Century City site. This site includes a 74 acre site and adjacent parking lots. B. WORK LOCATION: CENTURY CITY SITE (F.K.A. THE TOWER AUTOMOTIVE SITE): There are eight adjacent parcels associated with the Century City Site. They include a 74 acre primary site and seven associated parcels known as outlots. The Primary site has approximately 30 industrial and office buildings spread over 74 acres. The outlots are vacant parking lots. The addresses of the outlots are as follows: 3533 North 3533 North 27th St., 2725 West Hopkins Street, 3010 W. Hopkins Street, 2900 West Hopkins Street, 2926 Adjacent West Melvina Street, 2642 West Hopkins Street, 3424 North 27th Street, 2537 West Hopkins Street, and 3180 West Townsend Street. (See attached map). C. SCHEDULES: Two (2) security officers will be present at the Site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. NOTE: The number of officers, vehicles, and communication devices is subject to changes at the discretion of RACM.
