Specifications include, but are not limited to: TREE CARE REQUIREMENTS: Tree trimming work will consist of removing dead, diseased, infected, damaged or unsafe portions of a tree with the goal being to preserve the tree. Tree removal will be needed for dead trees, trees that we determine are a safety risk or trees that need to be removed for other reasons, like construction.; DEBRIS REMOVAL REQUIREMENTS: All debris must be cleared from the property, sidewalk or roadway. Vendor is responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes and surcharges. Any charges associated with the disposal of tree debris must be included in the bid price submitted. The vendor will be responsible for the repair of any ruts or other damage to property that might be caused during the execution of this contract. Vendor must report damage to public or private property immediately to DHS staff. Ruts or other damage to landscape should be repaired as soon as practical, depending on weather, material availability or other considerations.; STUMP REMOVAL: Vendor must grind up stumps and remove debris. (Once area is debris free, DHS will restore area.); TREE TRIMMING: Vendor must trim trees according to International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) or American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA) standards.
