Current Service Levels The current Contractor employs 35 full and part time officers, 4 shift supervisors and 2 managers to provide 1360 hours of weekly service.. Current Staff allocation. There are currently 80 weekly hours of administrative service provided by the Project Manager and the Operations Supervisor. There are 160 weekly hours of working shift supervision. There are 1120 hours provided by security officers for a total of 1360 weekly hours.. Staff is currently allocated to provide service 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week and 365 days per year.. MTS will work with the successful Contractor to create a deployment plan, to be approved by the MTS Contract Administrator, who will allocate the Contractor staff in a way that properly addresses both incident response and prevention. The hours of successful Contractor’s deployment plan may vary slightly from the current allocation.
