The State of Wisconsin (State), Department of Administration (DOA), Consolidated Agency Purchasing Services (CAPS), on behalf of the Wisconsin State Fair Park Facility Services Department (WSFP Facility Services Department), requests Bids for the rental of storage, office and sales trailers (used for weather-resistant storage, office spaces and accessible restrooms) to support several major annual events at the Wisconsin State Fair Park (WSFP). Only the awarded Primary Contractor, Secondary Contractor or Tertiary Contractor for each Lot’s Trailer Rental Services will be eligible to provide services for their awarded Lots, as needed by the State. The WSFP intends to use the results of this process to award multiple Bidders; however, the State reserves the right to award the entire contract to a Single Bidder. Each Lot will be awarded to one (1) Contractor (Primary Contractor with the lowest total cost for that Lot) and two alternate Contractor(s); one Secondary Contractor with the second lowest total cost for that Lot and one (1) Tertiary Contractor with the third lowest total cost for that Lot. A Secondary Contractor becomes primary should the Primary Contractor be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary. A Tertiary Contractor becomes the primary should the Primary and Secondary Contractors be unable to provide Services or a partial cancellation or termination becomes necessary.
