WSFP hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including the eleven-day Wisconsin State Fair, the IndyCar Race, and Harvest Fest. Event dates are subject to change from year to year. Required rental items will include event tents of various sizes, tables, chairs, concrete blocks for anchoring, lighting, and electrical distribution equipment. The required tents and rental equipment will vary and be subject to change for each scheduled event. WSFP Facility Services Department reserves the right to require event tents of any size and event rental equipment in addition to the items listed in Attachment A – Cost sheet under the scope of this Contract. The Contractor’s responsibilities will include supplying, delivering, ongoing maintenance and upkeep of all tents and miscellaneous event supplies during the rental periods with twenty-four (24) hour contact coverage for emergencies, and returning the specified tents and rental equipment in a timely and professional manner.
