The requested work will be performed in one service area with District 5 sewer outfall(s) OT050016, OT050206, and OT050207. Piping to be televised is reinforced concrete pipe, vitrified clay pipe, polyvinyl chloride, ductile iron, corrugated metal pipe, and high density polyethylene pipe with a diameter of 8 inches to 72 inch circular pipe. Total Base Bid work includes approximately 2.75 miles of storm sewer and Alternate 1 work includes approximately 0.49 miles of storm sewer. The City has cleaned some of the lines in 2022 and 2023. The City will communicate to the selected contractor its cleaning schedule and will work to the best of its ability to address cleaning needs with the contractor. Additionally, an incentive has been added to the contract terms and is payable to the Contractor if the milestone is met within the original contract terms; see the sample Contractor Contract (Section 10) for details on the incentive.
