Specifications include, but are not limited to: the modernization of a six-stop hydraulic passenger elevator in South Hall. The work includes a new programmable microprocessor with leveling system and soft start, battery lowering feature, hoistway limit switches and leveling devices, car top inspection station and pit stop switch, machine room and hoistway wiring and traveling cable, main car station, car lantern, hall pushbutton stations, hoistway access switches, submersible power unit, door equipment, electronic door edge, suspended ceiling with LED downlighting, signage within equipment room, fire extinguisher within equipment room, modification to HVAC within equipment room including new split system, lighting and GFIs within equipment roof, hoistway, and pit, lighting at elevator lobbies as required to meet 10 FC at elevator sill, and required FA equipment for automatic recall. Elevator controls will be integrated with existing security system guard station controls.
