Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 I certify that I have read and comply with the General Terms and Conditions No. 968-72 for Snow Removal Services - Park & Rides dated 8/24/21. 2 Organizations Transacting Business in Wisconsin: Chapters 178, 179, 180, 181, and 183 of the Wisconsin Statutes contain a general provision that the following shall not transact business in this state until it has obtained a certificate of authority or registration from the Department of Financial Institutions: A foreign (out-of-state) corporation, Nonstock Corporation, limited partnership, limited liability Company, cooperative association, or limited liability partnership. Therefore, in order to be eligible for award, Firms meeting the above criteria must be registered to do business in the State of Wisconsin with the Department of Financial Institutions (https://www.wdfi.org/corporations/foreign_entities.htm) within ten (10) business days after award but no later than prior to contract execution. If yes, please indicate in the comments field below the reason(s) for the debarment and the date(s) your firm was debarred. 4 Contractor will be required to plow snow, without notice, at each applicable Park & Ride following a 1” snowfall or as reasonably requested by the Waukesha County Highway Operations Manager or his designee. 5 Contractor will be required to contact the Waukesha County Highway Operations Department at 262-548-7736 or email brauchle@waukeshacounty.gov to notify them they are commencing service and at which location(s). If you reach an answering machine/voice mail, a message can be left with this information noting the time you called.
