Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspect, televise and clean sanitary sewer system piping at Southern Wisconsin Center. Bidder shall be in the business of providing maintenance and repair experience with sewer cleaning for the past three (3) years and be licensed to do business in the State of Wisconsin. Bidder must inspect, televise and clean 13,000 feet of sewer piping ranging from 8 to 16 inches in diameter. Bidder must document findings and provide recommendations, if any. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Bidder shall provide knowledgeable and professional technicians to work on sewer cleaning. Bidder will not do unauthorized repairs without calling the Power Plant Superintendent, Jonathan Marking, with an estimated quote and permission to begin work. Bidder shall not increase prices to estimated quote without prior authorization from, Jonathan Marking. Bidder must tell SWC both the cost for the additional repairs and the new total cost of the complete job. If work will be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Bidder must notify Jonathan Marking within two business days once the delay has been identified. When work is completed, the Bidder must provide SWC with an invoice describing the repairs, replaced parts (specifying if used or rebuilt), and warranties for repairs and parts. While inside SWC’s buildings, Bidder/workers must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment approved my SWC and abide by DHS Covid-19 Vaccination Policy as defined in (1)(e) included with bid documents.
